Shipping policy

Currently, we follow the shipping policies of the brand that is shipping your product.

Your Standard Process supplements will be shipped directly from the Standard Process manufacturing facility. This ensures that your supplements are fresh, have been stored at a proper temperature, and have not been tampered with. (Other online resellers use fulfillment warehouses where your product is not kept cool.)

Shipping Terms

When you place an order please make sure that your delivery address is correct. We also recommend that all shipping addresses be entered as the USPS standardized format.

This helps to make sure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for mistakes in the address that you enter and approve.

Standard Process ships orders to all U.S. States as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Standard Process will not ship to a freight forwarding address.

Delivery

Estimated transit time will be provided when you place an order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery estimates are based on business shipping days which include Monday through Friday. Shipping estimates made in "number of days" count only business days, so if you order on Saturday evening, your order will ship out on Monday.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Some special medical devices may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. For these specialty devices, you will be emailed an estimated delivery date and a tracking number when your item ships.
